Loosen the handle and arm collapses to almost half it’s length and the top extension that holds the noose will flip right over the top and lay against the main bar. The small size arm is designed to fit within the dimensions of our toy breed table tops. This makes for a VERY COMPACT ARM for traveling. Noose not included.
